THE MILLENIUM OF APOCALYPSE 20

The Millenium that the Bible shows to us and that comprises of its prophetic escatología, has been interpreted of diverse ways because of different doctrinal influences throughout the twenty centuries from the history of the Church, but not only by the Church but it comprises of the vision that has well-known Israel like milenarismo, also known like chiliasmo in the Greek Text of Apocalypse to talk about to the millenium. Despite we must always look for which has been the faith of the first Church in the education of the Teacher, Jesus Christ, the Mesías Yahshua or Yeshúa and for it, since there is to be always, we counted on Its Word, the most trustworthy source, than the Spirit Santo must interpret to us. The certain thing is that God has designed east time interval and for it there is a reason and an objective, is this one literally of 1000 years or a short or long period of symbolic time, passes in the Earth or the Sky, affects only to the saints or the entire world.

The key to understand the millenium is to interpret Apocalypse in the light of the Bible and not on the contrary, besides considering it a period of indetermine time and adjusting to the characteristics that the Text reveals, that to tell the truth is few, the rest is taken from the other Biblical Texts that can well talk about to the eternal kingdom. I do not mean with that the millenium, if it is literally thousand years, and if it happens in the Earth with Jesus Christ in the throne of symbolic David that is, is something easy to understand, nor can be included/understood with the resources of the mind, but the norms of hermenéutica and the treatment of the previous prophecies of the Bible are the base on which to begin a doctrinal study. THE INTERPRETATIONS OF THE MILLENIUM BY THE CHURCH IN HISTORY

Definitions of the amilenialismo:

 

Millenium where and when: From the ascent of Jesus in glory to the right hand of the Father to the second coming, meanwhile Father reigns in the Sky to the right hand of God. The second coming of Jesus Christ happens after the millenium of the Sky or was between the ascent and the second coming. The apostolic Creeds are all amileniales.

 

1 and 2 Resurrection: At the same time in the coming of Jesus Christ. The resurrections of Apocalypse 20 are interpreted because first it is in the believer whom Christ has received and the second the one of the body after the millenium who is the present time, until His coming.

 

Israel and the Church: Israel only receives the judgments and is replaced by the Church that receives the promises. Israel is left without national future against the Scripture and are annulled the evident prophecies like the fulfilled one in 1948 on Ezequiel 39.

 

Defenders: Origins, Dionisio, Eusebio, Hieronymite, Agustín de Hipona, call father of the amilenialismo, Martin Lutero, Juan Calvin, Hoekema.

 

Present churches teach that it: Catholic, Orthodox, Lutheran church, reformed and presbiterianas Calvinista, many Churches, Baptists and Christians of symbolic interpretation.

 

 

Postmilenialismo

 

The postmilenial interpretation sees the milenial Kingdom of Jesus Christ in the present era and into the hands of the Church, from Christ to Its final coming. Just as the amilenialismo as far as period, therefore it is not a literal but symbolic numerical millenium, but that is effective like kingdom of the Earth Church now, and of Jesus Christ in the sky, from the ascent of Jesus Christ to His second coming that will later take place (post) of the millenium.

It does not seem that the devil, the serpent, supposedly tied during this postmilenial millenium in that we lived (Apocalypse 20:2 y3) is tied in the abyss, is not looked much to a Kingdom of Christ, but to prophesied apostasía final, the manifestation of the sin man and like the antichrist. 2Tesalonicenses 2:3, especially when in addition Israel has returned to its earth.

 

The postmilenialista vision is the position defended by protestant presbiterianas churches, some reformed, puritanas of England and the United States, and some baptists.  The anti-semitic influence in the postmilenialismo and the anxieties of being able of the fundamentalist church that already influenced in the society that governed in the Earth kings finished coining the term.

 

Definitions of the postmilenialismo:

Understanding that Christ has to come before the millenium because the efforts of the Church cannot establish world-wide La Paz and the Kingdom of God, it must come Christ to establish it of supernatural form. The humanity runs towards its physical, moral and spiritual destruction, according to the prophecies, it is not evident? and the efforts of the Church will not be able to cristianizar the world, to which they are only called to the Kingdom of God. The Christian millenium is based on the Jewish millenium but on the second coming instead of in first and with the Church reigning instead of Israel.

 

Two visions of the premilenialismo exist: an historical one that interprets the millenium like a kingdom of the Church with Christ, and another dispensacionalista who interprets the millenium like a reign of the Jews in Israel with Jesus Christ on the other nations and without the Church that would have been raptada secretly before the second coming of the Mesías. This part corresponds with the Jewish milenarista concept of the milenial kingdom of the Mesías at the end of the times adopted by fundamentalist pentecostales churches and other calls Christian Zionism, besides the messianic ones.

 

 

Historical Premilenialismo

 

According to the historical premilenial interpretation, the Gentleman will come the second time before the millenium that He will settle down during a literal period of thousand years in which Jesus Christ will reign on the nations along with the Church of which he will comprise Israel when he becomes to Jesus Christ, having an excellent implication at national level from Jerusalem and the mount of Sion along with the Christians. Premilenialismo Dispensacionalista

 

According to the dispensacionalista premilenial interpretation, the millenium is a literal period of 1000 years that will immediately pass after week 70 of Daniel 9:27 in the Earth, week understood like the Great Tribulation, previously occurring the ecstasy or kidnapping that most fundamentalist describes as “secret� of the alive Church and the revived dead saints. The dispensacionalismo teaches the second coming of Jesus Christ before the Great Tribulation (pretribulacionista). But we read 1Tesalonicenses 4:16 - 17 clearly Pablo standard that… Thus tenth you this in Word of the Gentleman: that we who we lived, that we will have been until the coming of the Gentleman will not precede to that they slept. Or after millenium, when the enemy is loosen to deceive the nations again that will have been born during the millenium, (this concept seems difficult to accept because is Jesus Christ with them, how they are not going away to turn?
